This application provides users with the ability to connect and utilize the innovative Frontier X wearable device, which monitors and provides real-time alerts for your heart and lung activity during exercise. By downloading this application on your iPhone, you also have the option to utilize the accompanying Apple Watch application to view your real-time data while exercising with both the Frontier X and Apple Watch.

It's important to note that in order to utilize this application, you will need to have the Frontier X device, which is available for purchase at fourthfrontier.com.

The Frontier X device seamlessly integrates with HealthKit, allowing you to export your Frontier X activities directly into the Health app and access heart rate and biometric data.
